terms of service

general terms

• TAT (turn around time) : approximately 1 week to a month. can be more or less, heavily depends on complexity of the commission or how busy i am.
• i am allowed to decline any commission for any personal reason.
• i primarily draw in a relatively loose, or sketchy art style. do not expect fully polished or "perfect" pieces.
• the same applies especially to animations. i focus more on movement / animation smoothness rather than making each frame perfect.
• if you want something fully polished, i am open to discussing.
• more complex/ detailed ideas, characters, etc. will always add extra charges. this is also applied on add-ons.
• PLEASE  provide all the information needed or use the order form. of course, feel free to give me as much info as you want outside the form!
• (for new customers...) include your favorite bird (or any if you don't have one) anywhere in the commission form/request so i know you read the general terms :>

there may be certain subjects that i do not have lots of experience drawing, though i am always open to trying or experimentating if you are too!

payment

• prices are in USD .
• through CashApp (preferred) or Paypal.
• i am willing to explore other payment options!! especially since PayPal isn't very ideal...
• can be done upfront, after you approve the rough drafts/sketches, 50/50. feel free to ask for other payment plans or methods!
• refunds accepted  only before sketch is approved.

use

• pieces you receive from me are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. this includes :
• posting the piece in your socials / using it as a profile photo, banner, etc. / printing it / pretty much anything as long as you are not profitting off it.
• i have the right to use the commissioned product as an example. it may also be posted publicly UNLESS you state otherwise.  all commissioned art/animations that i post will always have a large watermark. only the client will receive an unwatermarked or clear version.
• for other uses, such as merchandise, commercial, etc. please get in touch with me so we can discuss.
• the use of my works for generative-AI, crypto, and similar are PROHIBITED.

revisions

• if you notice a mistake i made on your piece, i will happily fix or revise it FREE OF CHARGE !!
• other revisions are charged and will depend on how minor or major the revision is. open to discussion!

process

• you fill up the form, send it to me, and we discuss! 
• you will receive a quote and a rundown of the price. this may occur after rough sketches especially for larger pieces.
• i will provide rough drafts/ sketches. you may ask for ANY major changes and additions during this stage.
• once you approve the draft, you send the payment (if you picked after draft payment) and i will continue working!
• you receive updates of my progress. you can ask for minor changes / additions during this stage.
• i make any finalizations if needed then send the finished product to you!
